We want you to love your FRYVA fit. If not, we got you.

CONDITIONS

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, no perfume
• Original tags still on
• No returns on SALE items
• Video of package opening recommended

HOW TO RETURN

1. WhatsApp us: 0794713984 within 7 days
2. Send us your order number + reason + photo
3. We send you return address & process
4. Ship back to us (you pay courier R120)
5. We check item and refund / exchange

REFUNDS

- Refunds take 5-7 working days after we receive item
- Refund goes to original payment method
- Return courier fee (R120) is not refundable
- Exchange is free (you only pay difference if any)

CANNOT RETURN IF:

• You washed or wore it
• No tags / damaged / smelled
• After 7 days
• Sale items
